Twenty-five Illinois-based association executives participated in Protech's Chicago version of the "Association Technology Trends" panel and networking event.  The event, held January 26 at the Signature Room at the 95th (John Hancock Building), featured expert panelists Mark Kuchar, CFO at Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois; Mark Duris, IT Director at IPC: Association Connecting Electronics Industry; and  Dennis Norlin, Executive Director at the American Theological Library Association.  Attendees took in a stunning view of the city and engaged in dialogue about mobility and telecommuting, the importance of online collaborative opportunities for associations, enhancing the member database with web technologies, and exploring alternate revenue sources in an economic downturn.
