About this Course
Protech Business Analytics (powered by Zap) is a powerful solution that will allow users and managers to survey performance and productivity relating to a number of different measures, like membership levels, revenue, support cases, etc.  Participants will learn the how to develop basic and intermediate analytics based on an existing three dimensional set of CRM for Members data.            

Audience Profile
Users who wish to learn the basics of creating their own analytics are encouraged to attend.  No SQL knowledge is required and participants only need basic technological experience.          

At Course Completion
After completing this course, students will be able to: 

• Navigate in the Protech Business Analytics design environment. 
• Create a KPI, or gauge analytics that measure current progress toward a goal.
• Create an Analysis, such as a chart or graph.
• Create a Scorecard, which ties several KPI’s together to see progress from different areas all ranked together, highlighting deviations like greater than expected success or areas of opportunity below their expected levels. 
• Create a Dashboard, which allows users to create a single frame that pulls together a number of different resources into a single view.
