About this Course
This course will provide you with an overview of data management within CRM for Members. We will go over what can be imported through the Data Import tool as well as how to most effectively use the tool. There will be time included to practice using the Data Import for different entities and scenarios, please feel free to bring examples of data you would like to import into the system.    

Audience Profile 
This course is intended for those organizations interested in utilizing the base CRM Data Management functionality. If you have scenarios where you have data you want to get into the system but do not want to add it manually the Data Import tool would be useful for you.

• Map information from Excel spreadsheets to specified fields within CRM for Members
• Import data into all entities within CRM for Members
• Better understand base Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
