About this Course
All your users spend a majority of their time putting information into CRM, this course will teach you how to write reports that let you get that data back out in a meaningful way. This course will focus mainly on the graphical tools but a level of technical knowledge is required. An introduction to basic SQL will be covered but for the best outcome participants should have some prior SQL experience or knowledge.

Audience Profile
Users who wish to learn the basics of writing their own reports are encouraged to attend. This course is available to all users but does require a moderate level of technical experience. SQL is a key component of this and will be covered but prior knowledge will be an advantage.

At Course Completion
After completing this course, students will be able to:

Navigate in Visual Studio 2005 or Business Intelligence Development Studio.
Write basic SQL queries.
Use each of the standard report design tools available.
Write a basic report against CRM for Members data.
Deploy a report with parameters into CRM for Members.
