Fusion 2012

Protech's award winning annual customer conference, Fusion, provides its customers with a unique opportunity to explore ways that Protech Cloud Business Solutions can further help their organizations to strengthen member relationships, empower staff and sustain long-term growth. Fusion is all about providing value for our customers through education and networking, bringing together Protech customers, team members, partners and other industry experts to discuss industry trends, association challenges and upcoming product announcements.

Protech is very proud to share that, for 6 consecutive years, 100% of Fusion attendee respondents said they would attend Fusion again! 

On Thursday, September 6, 2012 at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center Hotel in beautiful Washington, DC, another record setting group of valued Protech customers turned out for learning and planning for the latest wave of Protech innovation. It was an energizing day for Protech customers, partners, industry experts and the Protech team! Attendees shared best practices and ideas with their colleagues, industry experts and collaborated with the Protech staff. Protech User Group 

The mission of the Protech Users Group (PUG) is to enhance the usefulness of Protech supported tools for all users and organizations. PUG members are dedicated to helping each other with the functional use of Protech tools by sharing best practices, business processes, and innovative ideas and configurations.  PUG aims to maintain a symbiotic relationship with Protech by channeling feedback on the customer experience to assist in focusing Protech support and development efforts.

PUG Online Discussions is a forum for organizations and users of Protech Business Solutions to enhance the usefulness of Protech supported tools for all users and organizations, and to help each other with the functional use of Protech tools by sharing best practices, business processes, and innovative ideas and configurations

2012 Protech User Group Annual Meeting

Schedule an extra day to attend the annual Protech User Group meeting, driven and governed by a board of Protech customers committed to maximizing the value Protech Cloud Business Solutions offers. The Protech User Group enables customers to interact real-time with the PUG Online Community and the day before the annual Fusion customer conference.
