One-time Setup Fee

All of our implementations include a fixed, one-time cloud setup fee with options for private cloud implementations available. This setup fee covers the professional services for setting up and provisioning the cloud infrastructure, subscription software and users required as you transition to the cloud. Protech manages the entire process for you, working closely with our strategic cloud partners, Cetrom and CenturyLink, to ensure a smooth move to the cloud.

Professional Services: Activation, Implementation and Ongoing Support

All Protech Cloud Business Solutions subscriptions include our free, annual Essentials Support Plan. If you determine you need a higher degree of support services, you may subscribe to our Select or Premium support plans for additional monthly fees. We also offer professional activation and implementation services for consulting, configuration and training; data migration; software and report development; and project management. These estimated services are provided once you complete an assessment of your business requirements, goals and priorities with our experts.
