Justin Rossello
Meet Justin Rossello, the latest employee spotlight at Protech Associates.

By The Protech Team

No two days are alike for jack-of-all-trades Justin Rossello, Protech’s senior sales engineer. Beyond working with potential customers to explain the benefits of Protech Cloud Business Solutions and demonstrate the software, he also assists with managing the company website, collaborates with the R&D team to launch new products and services, and provides support for a number of other company projects as needed. Justin holds Microsoft certifications in 2011 Presales Assessment – Customer Relationship Management, 2011 Standard Sales Assessment – Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Customization and Configuration. He is a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and a ClickDimensions Certified Professional.

Even though Justin has carved out his own niche during nearly a decade at Protech, he wasn’t always destined to work in the IT industry. Growing up in Towson, Md., he had visions of following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a financial advisor to help people manage their money. He held onto this dream while attending the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in financial economics.

After enduring the rigors of working in the mortgage industry for a few years after college, Justin followed a friend’s (and former Protech employee’s) advice, and switched industries to pursue a career at Protech where he thrives in the family atmosphere.

Away from the office, Justin spends most of his time with his wife Monica, the couples’ five-month-old daughter Vivian, and their two dogs, Forrester and Bowman. In his rare free time, Justin enjoys playing volleyball and reading Dan Brown novels, which combine his love for great story telling and history. Until his early 20s, Justin performed as a trained vocalist in multiple choirs, operas, musicals and an a cappella group. It is this early experience on the stage that helps Justin “perform” whenever he’s leading presentations or speaking in front of hundreds of attendees during Protech Fusion.
